Shortcodes Reference
Insert these into a WordPress Shortcode block. Replace example IDs and category slugs with your own values.
Auction lists
Section titled “Auction lists”[auctions limit="12" columns="3" paginate="true"][featured_auctions limit="6" columns="3"][recent_auctions limit="6" columns="3"][ending_soon_auctions limit="6" columns="3"][future_auctions limit="6" columns="3"][finished_auctions limit="6" columns="3"]past_auctions is also registered as an alias for finished auctions.
Common auction-list attributes include:
| Attribute | Use |
|---|---|
limit |
Maximum results; use a bounded value for busy catalogs. |
columns |
Grid column count. |
ids / skus |
Comma-separated product identifiers. |
category |
Comma-separated product category slugs or IDs. |
cat_operator |
IN, NOT IN, or AND. |
tag |
Comma-separated tag slugs. |
orderby / order |
Sort field and ASC or DESC. |
paginate |
true to paginate the list. |
rows |
Sets a row-based result count and takes precedence over limit. |
[auctions category="antiques" limit="9" columns="3" orderby="date" order="DESC"]Wrapper shortcodes such as featured or ending-soon lists apply their own query behavior. Do not assume every list uses the same default ordering.
Customer lists
Section titled “Customer lists”[auctions_watchlist][my_auctions_activity][all_user_auctions][auctions_for_woocommerce_my_auctions][auctions_recent_bids]Place customer-specific lists on pages that bypass shared full-page caching. Test them as the intended customer, not only as an administrator.
The active and won sections of auctions_for_woocommerce_my_auctions show separate empty-state notices when the customer has no matching auctions. An active-auctions list contains auctions the customer has bid on while they remain active; it is not a list of every active auction in the store.
Items within a lot
Section titled “Items within a lot”[auction_lot_grid lot_id="123" columns="3" limit="12"][auction_lot_grid lot_id="123" session="1" columns="3"]lot_id must identify an Auction Lot product. session is one-based: 1 selects the first session. An omitted session includes the lot’s items across sessions. The default lot-grid limit is -1; a positive limit truncates the result.
Template fragments
Section titled “Template fragments”auctions_templates renders selected auction fragments in a suitable current-product context. Supported values include bid, bid-form, pay, condition, countdown, dates, max-bid, reserve, and auction-sealed.
[auctions_templates template="countdown"]It is not a product-ID lookup shortcode. Use a valid auction product context when integrating fragments into a product layout.
