Auction Analytics

Open Auctions → Analytics and select the reporting period and available lot/session filters.

Metric	Definition
Net paid revenue	Auction line totals after discounts and item refunds, excluding tax, shipping, and participation seats; grouped by payment date and currency.
Successful auctions	Won and Buy Now sale cycles ending within the period. Payment is tracked separately.
Unpaid wins	Current unpaid winning auctions ending in the period; earlier relisted cycles are excluded.
Bids	Retained bid-log entries during the period, including automatic bids.
Unique bidders	Distinct registered bidders in those retained logs.
Success rate	Successful cycles divided by completed cycles in the period.

Historical coverage

Completed cycles are preserved from the introduction of Analytics. Earlier results use surviving product data; overwritten or deleted cycles cannot be reconstructed.

Bid charts depend on retained logs. Deleting logs during relisting changes the available bid-history data. Earlier bids without a recorded lot/session assignment appear in all-auctions totals rather than filtered totals.

Revenue and refunds

Revenue uses the recorded payment date, regardless of the order’s current status. Item refunds adjust the original payment date, even when refunded later. Amount-only refunds are allocated proportionally across the remaining order balance.

Currencies are reported separately. A lot container or session is a reporting filter, not an additional sold auction item.
