Description
A desk globe on a wooden stand, with muted cartographic colours. Other objects in the photograph are excluded; no historical map edition is claimed.
The rounded globe contrasts with the straight lines and warm tones of its wooden support. Muted map colours give the surface a softer decorative character. The combination makes it a suitable focal point for a display of maps and writing-room objects.
