Demo Guide

Explore the auction formats, follow a sale and discover the tools available to bidders. Each example below opens a real listing in this demo.

Start exploring

  1. Browse Auctions — Use sorting and category links to explore the catalogue. Cards show the available price, countdown and auction format. Homepage cards open the item; catalogue cards may also offer bidding.
  2. Open a listing to see its photographs, description, condition, timing and bidding rules. Available controls depend on whether the auction is upcoming, live or finished.
  3. Sign in through My account — Bidding and saving favourites require a signed-in account. Self-registration is currently disabled. Use an existing demo account to try the signed-in features.
  4. For a live auction, check the minimum next bid and any participation requirements before placing an offer. If you win, follow the available payment link to checkout. Seat purchase and checkout require the payment methods configured on this demo.

Auction dates are fixed. An example may be upcoming or finished when you visit; its current status and available actions are shown on the listing.

Auction events use the plugin’s “Auction lot” product type. Each event groups individual auction items.

View all auction events — Open a collection to see its items and sale schedule.

Parallel sessions

Multiple items run together within a scheduled session. Compare the item countdowns and open an individual lot to bid. Later sessions remain upcoming until their scheduled start.

Sequential bidding

Items are offered one after another. The event console shows the current item and the running order. Follow the active lot; the next item becomes available as the sale progresses.
