Description
Rare vintage gramophone housed in an authentic polished walnut wood cabinet with hand-crank spring mechanism. Fitted with an exquisite embossed floral brass morning glory horn. Plays 78 RPM shellac records smoothly.
The broad horn creates a sculptural outline above the wooden cabinet. Floral ornament adds a second layer of visual interest to the familiar gramophone form. The contrast between the horn and cabinet makes this an engaging focal point for a collection of recorded-sound objects.
